EMERGENCY PLAN: Our school is uniquely qualified to handle situations like H1N1, physical disasters and disruptions because of how the nature and focus of our parent directed model ensures that learning can continue. Should natural or societal events occur that disrupt our communications for an extended period of time, you can expect that we have as our sole priority, both personally and professionally, to continue school operations and the continuity of attendance and school records. I will continue being available on my Blog & email if it's possible, but regardless, all records are routinely downloaded onto a remote server and backed up on separate hard drive and cds. Instructions you have heard on the TV and radio, and through FEMA tell small businesses to have a preparedness plan in anticipation of any possible disaster. Should a disaster occur, continue school operations to the best of your ability and consider that this school will be open during any unforeseen event.
